Our Story
Parking Management Services of America was founded in 2001 by Eric Vargas with a clear mission: deliver professional, reliable parking management solutions that reflect the quality and reputation of the clients we serve. Over nearly 25 years, PMSA has grown from a single operation into a company managing more than 50 locations with a workforce of over 200 employees across Southern California.
In 2024, PMSA announced continuous year-over-year sales growth since the COVID-19 pandemic — including a record-setting year — driven by a relentless focus on customer experience, health and safety protocols, and restoring consumer confidence. We have adapted, innovated, and grown because of the dedicated people who make up this organization.

Eric Vargas brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in parking management, hospitality, transportation, and business operations. Since founding PMSA in 2001, he has grown the company into one of Southern California's trusted parking management providers. In 2015, the National Parking Association selected Eric as part of its inaugural class of young professionals and up-and-coming leaders in the parking industry.

Advanced Parking Technology
PMSA staff were selected to operate the first Quad Stacker Parking Lifts from ParkPlus in Los Angeles at Westside Collector Car Storage in Culver City.
