Since Eric Vargas founded PMSA in 2001, the company has operated with a straightforward belief: the businesses and institutions we serve are part of a larger community, and so are we. Over more than two decades of operating parking and valet programs across Los Angeles and Orange County, PMSA has built relationships not just with property managers and event coordinators, but with the cities, neighborhoods, and organizations that define the region.
